Joe has practiced law for more than 40 years and his specialty has always been DUI and DMV case. Indeed many of the young attorneys in our area, were schooled by Joe.
Joe VanDervoort is the only lawyer north of Sacramento and south of Eureka who is a specialist member of the California DUI Lawyers Association (CDLA) which is the oldest and largest DUI organization in the United States. Joe has over 40 years of experience and over 30 years handling exclusively DUI/DMV cases. No other lawyer in the Butte County area has more than 20 years of practice in criminal defense at all, much less as a DUI/DMV defense lawyer. Experience is what counts!
